spacedesk uninstall error

I downloaded this app from the official website but then deleted it using the uninstall tool. I wanted to download it again, but I got errors saying I had downloaded an older version, but I don’t have it on my computer. What should I do?

To further analyze your issue, please send us the following files:
– run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click “Save all information” and send us the output file
– spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
– setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF
– open command prompt and run „pnputil -e“ then copy the output to Notepad and save as text.

Please zip all files in one folder then attach it to your next reply. Thank you.
