SpaceDeskService.exe application error event id 1000
Zitat von Jorge am 11/03/2025, 19:14 UhrHello, i’ve been facing errors with spacedeskservice.exe, it just stops working, switching off in Console and windows 11 services.
In event viewer it shows as application error event id 1000
I have reinstalled the service again and cleaned up registry but the issue is still present.
I have to turn it ON again every time it happens in console to make it work again.
I extracted logs files from diagnostics, i’ll upload them to check.
Can you please help me to fix it?
Thanks.

The logs you sent are incomplete. For further analysis of the issue, please send us the logs of your server machine by opening the spacedesk Driver console as administrator and clicking on Diagnostics then follow the steps below:
1. Download the DebugView.
2. Check the Diagnostic Collection box.
3. Reproduce the issue
4. Uncheck the Diagnostic Collection box.
5. Click “Save All Information” button (this might take a while to finish).
6. Compress/Zip the folder which contains the logs, then attach to your next reply to this post. If the folder exceeds 512kb, you may upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive then include the download link on your next reply. Also, is the issue reproducible on your end? If so, could you provide the steps to reproduce the issue?
Thank you.

Zitat von Jorge am 12/03/2025, 13:27 Uhrhello, thanks for the reply.
i have uploated the file to dropbox, here is the link:

the issue is random, sometimes it is working fine and suddenly the spacedeskservice stops, showing OFF in main console and appears as event 1000 in windows 11 event viewer.
if you need something more, please let me know.
Thanks.
