Stuck on "Connected – Display OFF"
Zitat von Will am 25/07/2025, 01:08 UhrHello, I have not been able to successfully connect to my tablet, running the app v2.1.27 to my laptop running the driver v2.2.04.0. My tablet successfully identifies my laptop running the driver and is able to connect to it, however it displays the following error: “Connected – Display OFF”. I have also attached the logs from attempting a connection.

From the logs, we saw that you have multiple network adapters. Which IP are you connecting to? If you have a VPN on both your Primary PC and your Viewer device, this usually prevents connection. Also, if your connection is set to Public, setting it to Private allows the viewer to connect to the Primary PC. To set, open the Windows Settings -> Network & Internet -> properties of the current network, then select Private underneath Network Profile.

Zitat von Daniel am 31/07/2025, 11:16 Uhr@will-2 If you’re still having trouble, I changed the native resolution through the spacedesk viewer settings on my tablet to the one that it recommends, marked with an asterisk in the drop down menu, and that fixed it for me. 🙂
