Can you describe the issue a bit more? Are you typing from your viewer machine or from your Primary PC? If possible, can you send a video of the issue? Thank you.

Zitat von Shivansh am 19/07/2025, 18:15 UhrYes, i am typing from my primary pc, and the issue begins when i connect my tablet using spacedesk driver to use it as my secondary monitor, the issue is, i can’t hold down my keys, that is if i want to write “aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa“ i can’t hold my ‚a‘ key down to write that, i have to individually type each alphabet by pressing the key again and again, this only happens when i am using spacedesk driver using a c to c connection that is from the c port of my pc to the c port of the tablet. I hope that helps you understand the issue, i have tried all the available steps on the internet, i have updated the driver on both my pc and the tablet, i have check all my drivers within the pc, everything, i have also tried to use different cable, but that doesn’t seem to be the issue.

Zitat von spacedesk Renz am 21/07/2025, 12:40 UhrHi @shivansh,
For further analysis of the issue, please send us the logs of your Primary PC by opening the spacedesk Driver console as administrator and clicking on Diagnostics then follow the steps below:
1. Download the DebugView.
2. Check the Diagnostic Collection box.
3. Reproduce the issue e.g. by connecting the spacedesk Viewer app then holding down a button
4. Uncheck the Diagnostic Collection box.
5. Click “Save All Information” button (this might take a while to finish).
6. Compress/Zip the folder which contains the logs, then attach to your next reply to this post. If the folder exceeds 512kb, you may upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive then include the download link on your next reply.

Zitat von Shivansh am 21/07/2025, 17:49 UhrHello, actually i have an update on the issue, i have found the reason for the problem, it seems when my pc goes to sleep while i am using spacedesk driver, when i wake up the pc, the tablet doesn’t reconnect on its own, it just keeps showing the connection lost text bouncing screen, so i used to plug out the cable from the pc, and connected it back in as to restart the connection and that’s when the holding key issue seemed to occur, now when i instead of plugging out the cable, go to the spacedesk driver console and manually turn the driver off and then on, the problem doesn’t occur, so i guess that helps me there.
