touch input does not work
Zitat von spacedesk Renz am 24/01/2025, 02:57 UhrQuote from Sergio on 23/01/2025, 11:49I have also noticed that in this latest update, “Win_10_64_v2134,” touch input does not work. I have verified that the option is enabled, and it is, but it still doesn’t work. In the older version, v2126, it does work.
Thank you for everything.Hi @sergio,
We split this from the other post since it’s a different topic.
We cannot reproduce the issue on our end. Can you provide more details about the issue? Also, may we ask for your diagnostic logs so we could further analyze the issue? Please follow the steps below:
1. Download the DebugView.
2. Check the Diagnostic Collection box.
3. Reproduce the issue e.g. by sending touch inputs while connected.
4. Uncheck the Diagnostic Collection box.
5. Click “Save All Information” button (this might take a while to finish).
6. Compress/Zip the folder which contains the logs, then attach to your next reply to this post. If the folder exceeds 512kb, you may upload it to Dropbox or GDrive then include the download link on your next reply.

Zitat von Sergio am 16/03/2025, 16:53 UhrI have discovered that touch input stops working when the spacedeskServiceTray window is closed. Could it be that touch input depends on this process? If so, can’t you move it from there and include it within SpacedeskService?

Zitat von Sergio am 20/03/2025, 11:01 UhrAnother thing I’d like to mention is that the way Android manages the screen refresh rate in dynamic mode causes the Spacedesk app to run at 60Hz (even though I have it set to 120Hz). However, other apps, like WhatsApp, run at 90Hz, and others at 120Hz.
In short, if I set the refresh rate to high, all applications run at their maximum Hz, including Spacedesk.
Is there any way to include something within the app so that the dynamic mode of the device sets the frame rate to the maximum configured by the user?
Thank you very much.
Best regards.
