Touch Input issue

On the laptop I reset the settings. Then I connect but I can’t control the PC driver (connected to the TV) via touch on the laptop. A few days ago it worked, then intermittently (it asked me if I wanted to control via Touch), now it doesn’t work anymore.

Hi @maxvonpaul,

Thank you for sending the video link. We will continue to investigate further on our end. For now, as an alternative, you can use your mouse pad to initiate direct control in your viewer machine.

I understand the problem. Only by pressing the shortcut keys I can take control with Touch. Ps It does not memorize the choice. I ask if there is a way to make the main screen remain active even after pressing Touch on the secondary screen. If I press Touch on the secondary I lose the controls of the plane controlled by the main one, so I must first remember to move the mouse back over the main one. Thanks
