Touch issues when connecting to a Windows tablet

Hello. First of all, thank you for allowing me to use your program. I need to connect my Windows tablet to my PC. I am using a product called Microsoft’s Surface. I tested it with the 3 devices I own, but all of them have issues with touch input not working. However, Android phones and Galaxy tablets do very well. Can you tell me what the problem is?

Hi @sk,

For the Windows Store viewer, remote control has to be initiated first before you can use the touch input. You can do this by either clicking on the viewer screen with your mouse or doing 3 simultaneous taps on the viewer screen then click or tap on „Take Control.“
