Touchscreen Windows Tablet viewer
I have a windows tablet with a detachable keyboard/mouse as my viewer. Is it really true that the only way for enabling remote control, is to have the keyboard/mouse attached to the tablet? I must be missing something obvious here…
Three simultaneous taps on the screen does not do anything. The only thing that works is to physically connect the detachable kb/mouse to the tablet, and then click the screen using the mouse.

No, you should be able to enable remote control with either a mouse click or 3 simultaneous taps to the viewer screen. Here is a link of how to initiate remote control via 3 simultaneous taps. For additional information, can you give the exact model of the Windows Tablet that you’re using? Thank you.
I understand that it should respond to the 3 finger touch, but it’s just not happening. The only way I can initiate remote control is by re-attaching the keyboard/mouse, or use a bluetooth mouse or something.

Which spacedesk Windows Viewer do you have installed in your Windows tablet, the MS Store version or the Windows 7 version that’s downloadable in the spacedesk Downloads page? Also, please send a screenshot of your spacedesk Viewer’s input settings. Please refer to the screenshots below. Thank you.

FWIW, I am not able to upload images from a MacBook. File upload doesn’t work as it says it is too big. Also the picture upload button has no option to select a picture. I am not able to drag drop or copy the picture here either…
