Unable to Install spacedesk Driver

Hello spacedesk Support Team,

I uninstalled spacedesk completely and cleaned my system, then tried to install it again. However, I keep encountering the following error during installation:

”An error has been encountered while installing spacedesk driver. Installation will be stopped. Please reboot the machine and run this setup again. If the issue persists, please contact spacedesk support.”

Hi @abdulrhman,

To further analyze your issue, please send us the following files:
– run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click “Save all information” and send us the output file
– spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
– setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF
