Updating Spacedesk

I love the product. It is helping me to be productive. However, I just learned that I have to update it manually but installing the latest driver, so I did. However, I ran in to the error stated in the picture provided. My real problem is that I no longer have the .msi installation driver. Well, at least I don ‘t I think I have it anymore. What should I do?

Hi @alfred-2,

Please uninstall the previously installed spacedesk Driver either through the Control Panel (Add or Remove Programs), or using Microsoft Fix. You may refer to this article here if you would use Microsoft Fix. If spacedesk is not on the program list, just select “Not Listed” then paste the product code your spacedesk version below:
