Usage Data
The app allows mobile devices to be used as an additional extension of a computer’s display monitor. For the app’s technical functionality, IP addresses are processed exclusively locally within the user’s network. This data is neither transmitted to the provider nor stored or used in any other way.
Processing in Connection with App Purchase
The app is purchased through various app stores. In connection with purchases, billing, and license management, the following providers’ privacy policies apply:

The provider itself does not receive any personal data as part of the regular purchase process.
Refunds
If a user wishes to request a refund, they should contact the data controller directly via email. In this process, the user’s name, email address, and purchase details (e.g., order ID) will be processed. This data is processed solely for the purpose of handling the refund. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The data will be deleted no later than 3 months after the refund has been processed.
Provision of Data
Providing personal data is generally not required to use the app. Only in the case of a refund is it necessary to provide your name, email address, and purchase details in order to process your claim. Without this information, a refund cannot be processed.

You have the following rights with regard to your personal data:

- Right to restriction of processing,
- Right to object to processing,
- Right to data portability.
