Android USB – Black Screen
Quote from vhammer on 25/12/2025, 13:07When connecting my device to my PC via USB cable, I only get a black screen and the Driver App on Windows shows 0 connections.
My device is a Galaxy Tab S3. I can access files on the tablet normally when I disable spacedesk.
I have:
- Gone to “incompatible software products” and uninstalled those that were installed + rebooted
- Set the Encoding in the Android App Settings to Software
- Checked for Samsung USB Driver in my App list (it isn’t there)
- Rebooted the tablet and PC
Here is the diagnostic files of me connecting the USB Cable and the black screen opening up.
Thanks in advance for any help!

Thank you for sending your logs. Upon checking them, we can still detect the Samsung USB driver in your device. Please reinstall the Samsung Android USB Driver, uninstall it, then restart your PC and try to connect again via USB. Thank you.
