Quote from Giorgio on 07/02/2026, 12:15After the update the audio output on my second screen doesn’t work. Before the update I could see the other audio option on my driver in the audio settings, now doesn’t appear.
- Primary Machine (Server): Windows 10 Pro Version 22H2, Driver Version 2.2.15
- Secondary Machine (Viewer): PC Windows 10, Universal Windows app v0.0.38.0 (downloaded from Microsoft Store)

by opening the spacedesk Driver console as administrator and clicking on Diagnostics then follow the steps below:
1. Download the DebugView.
2. Check the Diagnostic Collection box.
3. Reproduce the issue e.g. by connecting the spacedesk Viewer app.
4. Uncheck the Diagnostic Collection box.
5. Click “Save All Information” button (this might take a while to finish).
6. Compress/Zip the folder which contains the logs, then attach to your next reply to this post. If the folder exceeds 512kb, you may upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive then include the download link on your next reply.Thank you.

Thank you for sending your logs.
From the logs, we saw that no spacedesk audio device was connected. Is Audio enabled in your viewer’s settings? You can check this by going to the Settings > Audio.
