black screen on android tablet

I am trying to connect my Android tablet and PC using spacedesk via USB, but I always get a black screen.

Changing the resolution or rendering options has not helped, so I am asking for assistance.

The Wi-Fi connection works normally.

I will attach the debugview log.

Thank you for sending your logs. Is your Android tablet a Lenovo Xiaoxin pad?

Yes. It is the Xiaoxin Pad 2024 model.

Got it. Unfortunately, spacedesk USB connection is incompatible with your device. Please refer to the Documentation on the section “Incompatible Secondary Device” to learn more. You may continue to use your device with Wifi connection.
