Black screen when transferring images via USB

I’m having trouble getting a black screen when connecting the device via USB. Everything works fine when connected to the internet. I tried changing the compression type from H264 to MJPEG and vice versa, but that didn’t help. I also uninstalled the Samsung drivers and rebooted my PC. I’ll attach the log file here, but as far as I can tell, there’s nothing there.

Just a clarification. You do not connect to spacedesk via the Internet. It only connects via your Local Area Network or LAN, or via USB. We will wait for the logs for further analysis of the issue. Thank you.
