[SOLVED] Black screen with note: screen off

Can you help me please? I am connected via ethernet and wifi. Connection is established but in windows setting the second monitor is not visible

Thank you for sending your logs. Can you try switching the Encoding Type in your spacedesk Viewer app to “Software” then try connecting again? Thank you.

Hello! As I switched on my pc today the problem was fixed but now I have the problem that the plugin “g500” in xplane 12 shows a black screen. Is this problem connected? Yesterday the g500 worked well. Regards Bernd

Does it only happen when a spacedesk viewer is connected or does it happen even when spacedesk is not running?

One last thing, on the iPad the upper und lower side is cut off how can I fix this? (Not the whole screen is displayed)

Hi @bernd,

Please try changing the resolution of the viewer screen in the PC’s Display Settings.
