Can't get it to work

I have tried everything I can to connect through USB and Wi-Fi to no avail. All I have is a black screen on my tablet and then 45 secs later the connection times out. Link to diagnostics is below.

thank you for sending the diagnostics. Unfortunately, it is incomplete.

Could you please retry getting the diagnostics?
This time, please start the spacedesk Driver Console as administrator (right click -> Run as administrator).
Please follow the Diagnostics steps indicated in the spacedesk Driver Console. It is important to catch when spacedesk is connected by USB or by network (WiFi).

Quick update. I changed the settings on the viewer under Quality/Performance, Encoding Type, Software Encoding MJPEG (forced) and that has fixed my issue. Thank you for you patience and help!
