CAN´t ROTATE MY SCREENS

hi, sudendly i cant rotate my screens anymore, i was able to do it before, is because i got the free version? what should i do?

The Auto-Rotation feature is both available for users who have the free and commercial license. Please make sure that the Rotation function is both set in your device’s settings and also in spacedesk, in Settings > Rotation. Thank you.
