Connection Issue with SPACEDESK on Computer and Tablet

Dear SPACEDESK Support Team,

I’m reaching out regarding an issue connecting my computer and tablet via SPACEDESK. Despite both devices being on the same network, the computer doesn’t appear on the tablet’s interface.

Steps I’ve Taken:
1. Installed SPACEDESK on both devices.
2. Connected both devices to the same network.
3. Watched educational videos and followed instructions.
4. Reinstalled the program on both devices.
5. Restarted both devices and the internet source.
6. Manually entered the IP address on the tablet (resulted in an endless loading screen).

Issue:
The computer remains invisible on the tablet’s interface. I’ve attached screenshots of both interfaces for reference.

Request:
Please assist me in resolving this connection issue. What additional steps can I take to troubleshoot or resolve this problem?
