Connection timeout issue with Galaxy Tab A9+

I'm using SpaceDesk to connect my PC (primary) to Galaxy Tab A9+ (secondary),
but I can't connect via LAN or USB. The secondary device only displays a black screen,
and after a while(maybe connection loss delay 45 sec), the connection is disconnected
with a "connection timeout" error. I'm seeing the same issue on multiple PCs,
and when I connect another Android device to my PC, both LAN and USB connections work
without any problems..

Is there a setting I need to change on my secondary device?
Or is there another way to resolve this issue?

Hi @sfmi,

thank you for sending the diagnostics of the issue. It showed that the spacedesk display was created however, the Android viewer was not responding.

In the Android USB options, make sure that the transferring files or images/photos is selected.

Please also try to change the Encoding Type to Software Encoding MJPEG (forced) in the Android viewer app Settings -> Quality/Performance.

Yeah, I just bought the same Tablet (Samsung Galaxy A9+ 11″) and have been struggling for two days with this issue. Your fix works well, although I am worried about bandwidth issues now.
