Control problem with gamepad from viewer monitor

When I plug my gamepad into the viewer monitor (i.e. the viewer PC), I cannot control the prime monitor (i.e. the prime PC) with this gamepad. How can I control the prime monitor (i.e. the prime PC) with the gamepad plugged into the viewer monitor?

Spacedesk does not currently support gamepad input.

This post is a few years old, but I’m leaving it here anyway. Please bear with me.
If I could connect a gamepad connected to my Android or iOS device to my PC via Spacedesk, it would become even more versatile!
There are now a lot of Android consoles with built-in gamepads…I’d love to use them to emulate Wii U and 3DS games.
If this were possible, my lukewarm opinion of Spacedesk would be greatly improved.
Please consider it.

Hi @holly0437,

spacedesk is not optimized for game streaming. We do not support game streaming network protocols like e.g Nvidia Game Streaming. Gamepad support would only make sense if we supported such network protocols. Neither such network protocols nor gamepad support is on our future feature list.
