For the resolution dropdown, you’re only supposed to have one set resolution as set in the Settings > Resolution setting in the spacedesk Viewer. As for the Orientation, is the dropdown for the spacedesk viewer screen the only one that’s greyed out or are the other monitors also greyed out?

Can you try disconnecting your viewer, then on the spacedesk Driver Console, click on Control, then under Settings, click on “Clear spacedesk Settings”, and also on “Clear Windows Display Settings”, turn off then turn on the spacedesk Driver, then try connecting again to see if the issue is resolved? Thank you.

Can you also try restarting your PC to see if that resolves the issue? If not, for further analysis of the issue, please send us the logs of your Primary PC by opening the spacedesk Driver console as administrator and clicking on Diagnostics then follow the steps below:
1. Download the DebugView.
2. Check the Diagnostic Collection box.
3. Reproduce the issue e.g. by connecting the spacedesk Viewer app.
4. Uncheck the Diagnostic Collection box.
5. Click “Save All Information” button (this might take a while to finish).
6. Compress/Zip the folder which contains the logs, then attach to your next reply to this post. If the folder exceeds 512kb, you may upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive then include the download link on your next reply.Thank you.

From your logs, we saw that you have iDisplay installed in your PC. Can you try uninstalling it then restart your PC and try to connect again via spacedesk? Thank you.
