Error reinstalling

Hi,

I previously installed and uninstalled the driver. Additionally, I followed the documentation for uninstalling, yet the error (when I reinstall) seems to persist. I’m not sure what the issue is. I have attached the files you asked for in previous posts, please check and let me know!

Hi @sarah-11,

Thank you for sending your installation logs. Can you also send the following then attaching on your next reply? Thank you.
– setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF
– open command prompt and run “pnputil -e” then copy the output to Notepad and save as text.

Can you try restarting your PC then try to proceed with reinstalling? If this does not work, please resend all the files you sent previously and the files I requested in my previous reply. Thank you.
