Error that says specified account already exists

I was trying to update spacedesk and as it seems it was trying to uninstall old files or smth so then the error went up so i couldnt update it and the old version wasnt even shown on pc

Hi @limbo122,

To further analyze your issue, please send us the following files:
– run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click “Save all information” and send us the output file
– spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
– setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF
– open command prompt and run “pnputil -e” then copy the output to Notepad and save as text.

Please zip all files in one folder then attach it to your next reply. Thank you.
