full-screen games are placed in windowed mode or minimized.

i have windows 11 – 22H5 when i put a game in full screen it starts to flicker the screen when i use spacedesk. the desktop created by spacedesk works perfectly. but since I upgraded from version 22H4 to 22H5 I started to have these problems, I only play the games in WINDOW MODE.

please fix it, it is uncomfortable to work like this to get the games back to work properly in full screen. I have to disable spacedesk when I disable it I can play perfectly in full screen. I have faith that they will please fix these problems.

In what game or games are you encountering this issue? And what encoding type do you have set in your spacedesk Viewer settings? It would also be helpful if you can send a link to a video of the issue you’re encountering. Thank you!

Hi @jose-16,

Can you try doing the following then check if performance improves:
1. Turn of Videowall mode
2. In Settings > Quality/Performance, set Encoding Type to “Hardware”
3. Also in Settings > Quality/Performance, change FPS to 60
4. If you can also connect via USB, that should also improve performance since connecting via Network can be slow especially if router traffic is heavy.

Hi @jose-16,

If HW Encoding does not work, just use Software Encoding for now and try to follow the other instructions to improve performance. You email it to the thread where you sent your earlier email. Thank you.
