[SOLVED] Hardware Decorder H264 tablet android

I purchased the license for 2 to 5 devices to use on Android tablets. It used to work normally, but after the latest update the Android devices started showing an H264 hardware error that I can’t resolve. I updated spacedesk on Windows 11, and on the Android devices I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but the problem persists, and on the device where I uninstalled spacedesk I lost the license.

How can I recover my license and get spacedesk working again on my devices?

Hi @daniel-13,

Regarding the H264 error, please change the Encoding Type option to “Software Encoding MJPEG (forced).” This option can be found in the spacedesk Viewer app’s Settings > Quality/Performance.

Regarding the issue on the license, to sync your app to your current license status, just open the Licensing page in the app while connected to the Internet.
