Issue in spacedesk: mouse is not confined to the Viewer 10/11 window
Quote from zykkov on 20/03/2025, 18:20Good afternoon,
With the latest version of spacedesk, an issue has arisen where the mouse now moves outside the boundaries of the active Viewer 10/11 window.
Please fix this. Previously, there was no such problem.
Alternatively, please advise on how to resolve this issue.
The problem is demonstrated in the video.

We cannot reproduce the issue on our end. There were no recent updates to the Windows Store Viewer. What settings do you have for the mouse input and touch input?

Quote from zykkov on 21/03/2025, 16:22I’ve tried all the options of mouse on/off, finger mode, keyboard off, pen modes and all other buttons available in the top peripheral control bar. The mouse still flies out of the window screen.
I have also tried connecting other mice
Logittech 650M
Razer Naga X
A4 Tech V7
The problem still persists.
I am using a window resolution of 1400*1050I don’t know what my touch settings are.
Yeah, I know there haven’t been any major updates lately.
The problem was after the last service pack. fall/winter 2024.
I had this problem on windows 10.
In January 2025 I upgraded my PC to windows 11. The problem persisted.

The issue has been forwarded to our development team for further investigation. Thank you for raising the issue. Will get back to you once a fix has been released. Have you encountered any other issues with the inputs in the Windows Store Viewer?

Just an additional question. Currently, are you using your Logitech 650m wireless mouse? And if so, do you have Logitech drivers installed in your viewer and server PCs? Because this might be the cause of the issue you encountered. Can you confirm on your end if you can still reproduce the issue if you turn down the User Account Control setting?
Thank you.
