loss audio while reconnect cable s24u

hi, lately it happens to me that I turn on spacedesk and it wants ip verification (I have set the ip for the phone to 10.40.192.xx) to connect with every reboot.. I suffer from BSOD (probably nvidia driver or anticheat in the game)

 

Main reason:

 

after reboot often the connection remains (this is desirable)

 

but I lose the spacedesk virtual sound device

 

I always have to open spacedesk click OFF, on server and the sound runs.. Sometimes it happens every reboot. Sometimes the sound remains.

 

 

 

 

mobile client. Samsung galaxy s24 ultra g928b A15ui7

 

server: Windows 11 i5 10300h iuhd630, gtx 1650 (drivers 541-578).

 

use SW render

 

Windows/ samsung dev drivers without change.

 

I use usb tethering usb c to usb c.  usb to usbc same

when the issue is reproduced, is the ‘spacedesk virtual speaker’ included in the list of speakers in the Windows taskbar (please see screenshot attached below)?

Instead of restarting spacedesk in the spacedesk Driver Console, does reconnecting (in case of USB to USB-C) or re-checking Audio option in the Android viewer menu (in case of USB tethering) can enable audio?

For further analysis, go to spacedesk Driver Console -> Diagnostics and click on “Save All Information” (this might take a while to finish). Compress the generated folder to .zip and attach it to your next reply.

Thanks for the detailed steps. I checked the Windows taskbar when the issue occurs, and the ‘spacedesk virtual speaker’ does appear in the list, but no audio plays. I tried reconnecting via USB and toggling the Audio option in the Android viewer, but the sound still doesn’t come through.

I’ve also gone to the Diagnostics section in the spacedesk Driver Console and saved all information as requested. The folder is compressed and attached as a .zip. Hopefully, this helps with further analysis.

did you connect by native USB or by USB tethering? Is the viewer on Android too? Please attach the diagnostics. Thank you.

Pokud se problém opakuje, je „virtuální reproduktor Spacedesk“ uveden v seznamu reproduktorů na hlavním panelu systému Windows (viz snímek obrazovky níže)?

Může zvuk povolit opětovné připojení (v případě USB k USB-C) nebo opětovné zaškrtnutí možnosti Zvuk v nabídce prohlížeče Android (v případě tetheringu přes USB) místo restartu Spacedesku v konzoli ovladače Spacedesku?

Pro další analýzu přejděte do konzole ovladače spacedesk -> Diagnostika a klikněte na „Uložit všechny informace“ (dokončení může chvíli trvat). Vygenerovanou složku zkomprimujte do souboru .zip a přiložte ji k vaší další odpovědi.

yes I lose Windows virtual spacedesk speaker ….

I cant get debug I get BSOD and instant restart PC (no spacedesk bsod => nvidia driver IRQnotlessEqual or kernelSecurityExemption )  , after restart pc no Spacedesk Virtual Speaker .. but if click debug = restart conection => get virtual speaker .   check and unchek box => restart server get audio back ..  but server on / off not work for restart spacedesk virtual speaker. must force close apk  and reconect server off and on .  but now work click on debug = audio work .  in debug mode = 10 from 10 reconnect ok ,   NA debug off  every reconect usb lose speaker .   I
