Problem with colors

Good afternoon, I ran into a problem on Windows 11, if I want to connect a tablet or smartphone on android to a PC, the connection occurs, but the transmitted colors break, I tried different settings, usb cable connection, but the result is always the same. When connected from a tablet and smartphone to another PC, the image is normal. All drivers are updated to the latest version, what could be my mistake?

Spacedesk is incompatible with 10-Bit Pixel Format and is known to cause color distortions like this. For further info regarding the issue, you may refer to spacedesk’s Documentation and search for “Windows 11/10 Known Issues and Unsupported Features.” Thank you.

Hey, I have a similar issue. When I connect my windows laptop to my ipad mini 4, the colors on the ipad mini 4 arent there. It displays in black and white. Is there any fix to this. Also my laptop uses 10-bit format.

As mentioned in the above post, spacedesk is incompatible with 10-bit pixel format and is known to cause color distortions. Which version of the spacedesk Driver Package is installed in your PC?

 

I have the same issue as atharva. My computer uses 8-bit so that’s not the issue, and it only occurs with my (Samsung Galaxy S9 FE+) tablet.  If I use my phone, there’s no problem with the color, and I can’t figure out how to fix it.

Are you using the latest spacedesk Driver v2.2.04?

Yes. I’ve made sure several times that I have the most recent version on both devices.

Got it, thank you! This is a known issue in the current Driver package and will be fixed in the next release. For now, please click on “Clear spacedesk Settings” on the spacedesk Driver Console then try connecting again to see if the issue is still present in your viewer device. Thank you.
