Problems installing the driver
A long time ago, I downloaded drivers and used the spacedesk, but then I deleted them because I stopped using it. Now, when I try to download drivers, this window pops up asking me to select the file “spacedesk_driver_Win_10_64_v2119.msi.” The problem is, I don’t have this file on my computer, and without it, I can’t download a newer driver version. Tell me what to do.

Please follow the steps below to uninstall your previous installation before installing the latest spacedesk Driver package:
1. Download Troubleshooter from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed-cca7d1b6-65a9-3d98-426b-e9f927e1eb4d
2. If spacedesk is not on the program list, just select “Not Listed” then paste the product code below:

3. After uninstalling previous spacedesk Driver package, proceed to install latest Driver package.
