cannot open spacedesk console

Are you not able to connect a spacedesk viewer? Please check the Troubleshooting chapter of our user manual.

based on your setup logs, spacedesk is properly installed..
After installation, the following files should be present on your Windows machine:
- C:\Windows\System32\drivers\spacedeskDriverAndroidControl.sys
- C:\Windows\System32\drivers\spacedeskDriverBus.sys
- C:\Program Files\datronicsoft\spacedesk\spacedeskService.exe (If Program Files is chosen as the directory during install)

To further analyze the non-working spacedesk Driver Console, please follow the instructions below:
- Download DebugView from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/debugview
- Extract the folder.
- Run DebugView as administrator (right click -> Run as administrator). Underneath the Capture tab, enable Capture Win32 and Capture Global Win32.
- Open Windows Registry Editor (Win+R regedit or do a Windows search).
- Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\datronicsoft\spacedeskConsole.
- Add or edit REG_DWORD DebugTraceEnabled to 1.
- Open spacedesk Driver Console.
DebugView should show the traces. Save the traces to a text file and send it to us.
