Hi @austhsl,

Is the latest Driver Package v2.1.12 installed in your Primary PC? If it is, is your date and time set to the correct date and time? Thank you.

yes its latest version i just download it 6 7 hours ago. date time correct at all my devices. my laptop has 2 GPU 1 is nvidia 1 is AMD onboard graphic i dont know will that infomation help you or not. I took a screenshot on my Surface’s Windows screen; you can see it’s black and white with some colored lines running diagonally around the window. When opened in full screen, the lines are still there and remain black and white. https://drive.google.com/file/d/13pS3UqoehriWade0yGybxrk4n4sOBQPj/view?usp=sharing

Can you try clicking on “Clear spacedesk Settings” on the spacedesk Driver Console then try to reconnect to your Primary PC? Thank you.

Hi @austhsl,

For further analysis of the issue, please send us the logs of your Primary PC by opening the spacedesk Driver console as administrator and clicking on Diagnostics then follow the steps below:

1. Download the DebugView.
2. Check the Diagnostic Collection box.
3. Reproduce the issue e.g. by connecting the spacedesk Viewer app.
4. Uncheck the Diagnostic Collection box.
5. Click “Save All Information” button (this might take a while to finish).
6. Compress/Zip the folder which contains the logs, then attach to your next reply to this post. If the folder exceeds 512kb, you may upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive then include the download link on your next reply.

Thank you.

Hi @austhsl,

Thank you for sending your logs. We have reproduced the issue on our end and will release a fix as soon as possible. For now as a workaround, you can change the Encoding Type to avoid the issue by going to Settings > Compression then set the Encoding Type to Software Encoding JPEG (force always). Kindly inform us if this workaround solves your issue for now. Thank you.
