USB connection connects and disconnects all the time, and WIFI back screen

It’s always worked perfectly. Today I opened the app and this message appeared, saying the USB connection wasn’t working. I updated the driver to the version indicated, and it still doesn’t work. Now it doesn’t even work over Wi-Fi, as the screen stays black.

I haven’t touched any settings, and it’s always worked perfectly. What can I do?

The message in the first screenshot is not an error message. It only informs the user that Hardware Acceleration is available in your Viewer. Have you tried following the troubleshooting steps provided in the Console?
– Slowly unplug and plug USB cable a few times
– Restart Android mobile device
– Restart Windows PC
– Use a different USB port on your primary machine

If you have done the following but are still not able to connect, please send us your diagnostics. You  may do so by opening the spacedesk Driver console as administrator and clicking on Diagnostics then follow the steps below:

1. Download the DebugView.
2. Check the Diagnostic Collection box.
3. Reproduce the issue e.g. by connecting the spacedesk Viewer app via USB.
4. Uncheck the Diagnostic Collection box.
5. Click “Save All Information” button (this might take a while to finish).
6. Compress/Zip the folder which contains the logs, then attach to your next reply to this post. If the folder exceeds 512kb, you may upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive then include the download link on your next reply.
