When going to “https://viewer.spacedesk.net/” I get

If I go to “http://viewer.spacedesk.net/” The ui shows but connection fails:

Hi @biolau,

Thank you for reporting. The issue is being checked, and we’ll get back to you once we have an update.

When could we expect it to be fixed?

Hi @biolau,

It should be accesible now. If the issue still persists on your end, try to clear your browser’s cache.

Still not working even after clearing cache, trying different web browsers and computers…

“It should be accesible now.”… so you did not try on your end?? spacedesk HTML5 VIEWER

Hi @biolau,

Upon checking last time, the site was accessible, but now there seems to be another issue with it. Will get back to you once this is fixed.

Also for your information, the issue with the HTML5 viewer not connecting, shown on your second attached screenshot, is a separate issue that is still under investigation. Current workaround is to save the website locally.

Do you have any update as it is still broken?

  • SSL Certificate is still not valid because of wrong domain name…
  • Websocket connection can’t be established because of security violation (SSL not been valid being one of them…)

I would appreciate an update. Thank you

Hi @biolau,

This is still currently under investigation by our development team. We will update you once the issue has been fixed. Thank you.

Still doesn’t work.
