Xiaomi Pad SE Tablet + Macbook Air M3 via USB cable does not work.

Hello, how are you? I'm trying to connect a Xiaomi PAD SE tablet as a second screen to a Macbook Air M3 via USB cable. But it doesn't work somehow, can you help me?

No Windows works perfectly, but no macOS either. I paid for the lifetime license and would like to be able to use it on my Mac too, can you help me?

When I click on activate via USB, it asks me to activate the USB connection in the spacedesk console, but in macOS I don't find this option.

Hi @ps,

Currently, there is no available Driver package for MacOS, and it is only available on Windows. You may refer to the Documentation under “System Requirements” to know more.

Hi @ps,

We will be releasing a BETA of the Apple Mac Driver package within the next three months. Will keep you posted when it’s released.

Very good! I subscribed to the pro version and I haven’t used it yet because of this. Any news? Thanks

Hi @ps,

The Apple Mac Driver is still under development for the time being. We will keep you updated once an update on it is available. Thank you!

Hi @ps,

The Apple Mac Driver BETA for spacedesk was delayed a little bit and Hardware Acceleration feature was prioritized instead. This became necessary because Apple Mac Driver BETA will mainly rely on Hardware Acceleration.

Next week we will release Hardware Acceleration feature on all platforms (Android/iOS/Windows).

After that, we will immediately come back to further deevloping Apple Mac Driver BETA. We already have a running prototype BETA. Please let us know if you want to test it. Then we can send it to you by email.
