can't install the driver

hello I hope you are doing well. I can’t install the app and I already had an older version and it was uninstalled to install this new version and I ensured that the old version was uninstalled so what’s the solutoin of this problem please I tried alot to solve it.

Hi @adham,

Please reboot your machine and try to install again the latest spacedesk Driver msi.

If it did not help, please send us the following files:
– run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click “Save all information” and send us the output file
– spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
– setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF

Hi @adham,
Thanks for sending the logs.

Based on the logs, the error was caused by a pending reboot/restart on your Windows machine.

Have you already tried restarting your Windows PC?
Once your computer has rebooted, please try running the latest spacedesk installer again.

thanks for your reply I already restarted the PC and tried to install the last version but the same error still happening I attached the logs again for after the last trial
