does it not support USB 3.0?

PreviousPage 2 of 2

Hi @fggg,

May we also ask for your logs when you connect via USB 2.0? You can do this by opening the spacedesk Driver console as administrator and clicking on Diagnostics then follow the steps below:

1. Download the DebugView.
2. Check the Diagnostic Collection box.
3. Reproduce the issue e.g. by connecting the spacedesk Viewer app via USB 2.0
4. Uncheck the Diagnostic Collection box.
5. Click “Save All Information” button (this might take a while to finish).
6. Compress/Zip the folder which contains the logs, then attach to your next reply to this post. If the folder exceeds 512kb, you may upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive then include the download link on your next reply.

Step 1:
When using the USB 3.0 cable to connect the Xiaomi Pad 6, it fails to connect. The Device Manager shows a yellow exclamation mark.

Hi @fggg,

Can you also send a screenshot the following
1. The Device Manager on which device has the yellow exclamation mark.
2. Also on the device with the yellow exclamation mark, right click then click on Properties > General.

Thank you.

Hi @fggg,

If a simple unplug-plug doesn’t work, please follow the steps below:
1. Uninstall device with yellow exclamation mark. Make sure that “Attempt to remove the driver for this device” is NOT checked.
2. After uninstall, right-click then click “Scan for hardware changes.”

Please inform us afterwards if this resolved your connection issue. Thank you!

Hi @fggg,

Thank you for your feedback. We will continue to investigate the issue further and we will get back to you once a fix is released. In the meantime, you can continue to use your USB 2.0 cable to connect so spacedesk via USB. Can we also ask for the specific USB 3.0 cable you’re using? Thank you.

I’m also facing similar issue , not connecting with USB 4.0. Is there any fix?
