Ipad Air 5 connecting successfully with "Connected – Screen turned off"

PreviousPage 2 of 2

Hi @spacedesk-renz ,
The “Download” Button next to Debug View is grayed out, presumably because I already clicked on “Download”?

A tip from a post on reddit suggests downgrading to v2147 (only version they had available, not sure what the actual border between working and non working is) to get rid of the issue.
I wanted to ask if there are legacy download options so that I can downgrade as well?

Hi @alexander-3,

Can you try to follow the diagnostic steps again then check if there is a “debugview.log” in the generated log files? Thanks.

Hi @spacedesk-renz ,
This time I was prompted to accept DbgView policies and it gave me a “debugview.log” file.

Hi @spacedesk-renz ,
Miraculously, it worked this time.
Was it really just an issue of restarting my machine? I feel stupid now..
In any case, I’m glad it is working again even though I dont quite understand how it didnt work all those restarts before.
Thank you so much for your help and perseverance, It would really help to know what caused the problem.

Hi @alexander-3,

Thank you also for bearing with us. The issue was caused by a DirectX initialization failure at the spacedesk display driver due to insufficient memory of your GPU.
