Spacedesk Viewer connected to the Primary machine but it is not connected

Hello,

Spacedesk Viewer shows connected to the Primary machine but it is not connected, the Spacedesk Viewer keeps “thinking” with dots moving and I can not extend my primary screen. It was working fine yesterday.
Any advice will be much appreciated.

Hi @mery,

Could you please quickly try the following:
– in primary PC open the spacedesk Driver Console > Control then switch OFF => ON the spacedesk Driver/Server
– restart your spacedesk Viewer app then try to connect again
