Adding support for camera and mic access

Hey there. Can you add camera access to camera and mic support to spacedesk? So you can use your device camera as pc camera and same with mic.

Hi @eric-2,

The spacedesk Apple MAC Driver development has delayed the development of these features so the release of camera and mic features will be on Q1 2027.

Those features would be really useful. Just wondering, will the camera and microphone work over both USB and Wi-Fi, or will they only be supported over one connection type? Looking forward to trying them when they’re released.
