[SOLVED] Audio not working on windows/windows wi-fi connection

Greetings.

While the software itself works just fine on my desktop and laptop devices, it doesn’t reproduce any audio whatsoever on my second screen. I installed and tested on the Windows 7 viewer and, although getting a really low quality audio, I got some. However, using the MS Store viewer, there’s no sound.

There also isn’t a spacedesk audio driver installation tied to the MS Viewer. Is this intended or a bug?

I’m attaching my debug files. Hopefully we’ll come to a solution.

Thank you for sending your logs. Please make sure to enable Audio both in the Settings and also in the menu bar while connected. Please refer to the attached images for your reference. Thank you.

I can confirm that both are presently active, however, there’s no audio being reproduced.

Apologies, I forgot to reply to this question earlier. The audio driver installation is on the Driver Package side, not the Viewer side.

Please try to reinstall your spacedesk MS Store Viewer then try again with the Audio. Thank you.

Thank you so much for your help!

After reinstalling the Viewer, audio now works properly. The quality is a bit low, but that’s a minor issue.
