Connected – Display off
Zitat von Danny am 13/04/2026, 22:56 UhrHi Team,
Loving the software thank you so much its very helpful for me but I am continuing to have a problem with it randomly every couple of weeks just starts displaying Connected – Display off. I can see the extra monitor in windows display settings when it is connected, I am using a iPad pro and running windows 11 on my main pc. The only thing that fixes the issue is reinstalling my GPU drivers. I was wondering if there is anything else I can do or figure out what is causing it. I have uploaded logs.

Thank you for sending your diagnostic logs. Unfortunately, it seems that the issue was not reproduced while diagnostic log collection was happening. If you haven’t reproduced the issue while collecting your logs, please follow the steps below so we could further analyze your issue:
1. Open spacedesk DRIVER Console as administrator.
2. Click on „DIAGNOSTICS“
3. Download the DebugView.
4. Check the Diagnostic Collection box.
5. Reproduce the issue e.g. by connecting the spacedesk Viewer app.
6. Uncheck the Diagnostic Collection box.
7. Click “Save All Information” button (this might take a while to finish).
8. Compress/Zip the folder which contains the logs, then attach to your next reply to this post. If the folder exceeds 512kb, you may upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive then include the download link on your next reply.Thank you.

Zitat von spacedesk Renz am 14/04/2026, 08:21 UhrHi @danny-4,
Thank you for resending your logs. Upon checking your logs, we saw that your GPU is running out of memory, and that is why a display cannot be created, leading to the „Connected – Display Off“ screen. Please restart your PC where the spacedesk Driver Package is installed and check again if you can still reproduce the issue. Thank you.
