Connected – Display off

I just intalled space desk and im almost sure its setup correctly as well as for the ipad. I also noticed that my display is stuck to my main monitor and it cant detect any other display.

Hi @lin-2,

In case your primary PC’s graphics adapter is Nvidia RTX 5000 series, please check out this link: Connected – Display Off Issue After Nvidia Driver update to 616.56 (RTX 5070)

If you don’t have Nvidia RTX 5000 series graphics adapter, please check the spacedesk Driver Console > Diagnostics > Incompatible Software product installed (e.g. NVidia Shadow Play)?
Otherwise check Windows Display Settings if additional display is detached.
