connection issues- Unable to connect!

I’ve had problems regarding the connection of my tablet and my laptop, when I start the connects it takes a few seconds before it apears a message in my tablet that says „Unable to connect !“

I’ve followed the intructions of a past assistance and made the ZIP

I will apreciate youre assistance in this matter.

Hi @maria-4,

Thank you for sending your logs. From our checking, we saw that you have McAfee Antivirus installed in your PC. McAfee is known to cause random disconnects when used with spacedesk. You may set an exception for the spacedesk Service in McAfee but it does not guarantee that the random disconnects will not happen.
