Zitat von spacedesk Renz am 24/07/2025, 09:15 UhrHi @omar,
This issue has been reproduced on our end and a fix will be included in the next update. For now, you can either set a lower resolution on your viewer via the Settings > Resolution. You can also set the Encoding Type to Software Encoding MJPEG (forced). Thank you.

Can you provide the model of the iPad you’re using and the resolution you’re using when you encountered the issue?
Thank you

Zitat von Marianne am 24/07/2025, 15:06 UhrHello
I’m having the same issue as Omar, I’m using an iPad 10th gen.
Everything worked perfectly yesterday, though.

Zitat von Jen am 24/07/2025, 20:21 UhrI’m also having this same issue on my ipad Pro 12.9 inch 8th gen. I’m also getting a strange message about the android version?

Zitat von spacedesk Renz am 25/07/2025, 03:06 UhrHi @marianne, @jen,
Please do the following as a workaround for the issue:
1. Go to Settings > Quality/Performance
2. Click on Encoding Type, then select Software Encoding MJPEG (forced)

Zitat von Jen am 25/07/2025, 03:12 UhrHi there. I’ve already done that and I’ve set my resolution down. Now everything displays tiny. I can get it to work sort of. But we’re talking like size 8 font or below here.

Zitat von spacedesk Renz am 25/07/2025, 03:14 UhrHi @jen,
Can you try setting it to a higher resolution while encoding type is set to software to see if it works? Thank you.

Zitat von Jen am 25/07/2025, 03:19 UhrI did do this. At my ipad’s native resolution everything displays so tiny it’s basically unreadable. I have to set the resolution down to make it readable at all. Sorry for the confusion.
