Installation problem

Hi,

I had to remove SpaceDesk because of someconnection problems.

Now when I try to reinstall it, it tells me that I must restart my computer to proceed.

Event after restarting this same message appears.

What can I do?

Hi @grandpoussin,

To further analyze your issue, please send us the following files:
– run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click “Save all information” and send us the output file
– spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
– setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF
– open command prompt and run „pnputil -e“ then copy the output to Notepad and save as text.
