No puedo instalar en windows 11

Hola, tenia instalado en mi pc y lo quería actualizar y no pude, lo elimine y luego no lo pude volver a instalar

– run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click “Save all information” and send us the output file
– spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
– setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF
– open command prompt and run „pnputil -e“ then copy the output to Notepad and save as text.

Please zip all files in one folder then attach it to your next reply. Thank you.
