Thank you for sending your logs. The issue has been reproduced on our end and will be fixed in a later release. For the meantime, you can switch your spacedesk Viewer’s Encoding Type to „Software Encoding JPEG (force always)“ as a workaround for this issue. This setting can be found in the „Compression“ section in the Settings page. Thank you.

Thanks for your answer, i’m really sorry but i don’t find any parameters page. I make left clik on the icom in systray and open spacedesk driver console, and after that ?

Hi @stephane,

You change the Encoding Type settings on the client side, the device (phone/tablet) that connects to the Primary PC (where the spacedesk Driver is installed). To change it:

1.  Open spacedesk app in your phone/tablet
2.  Tap the floating menu ☰
3. Tap „Settings“ > „Quality/Performance“
4.  Tap „Encoding Type“ and select „Software Encoding MJPEG (forced)
