Sony Google TV can't find primary server

I’ve tried all the suggested troubleshooting steps and nothing seems to work.

Please make sure your Google TV is connected on the same local area network as your primary PC?

On your primary PC, could you please open the spacedesk Driver Console app > Diagnostics > click „Save All Information“ then zip the folder generated containing all collected logs and send it to us.
