spacedesk not installing please help

spacedesk driver refuses to install on a 64bit windows 10 system (it worked before) it says reboot and try again and it doesnt work

Hi @aso,

To further analyze your issue, please send us the following files:
– run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click “Save all information” and send us the output file
– spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
– setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF
– open command prompt and run „pnputil -e“ then copy the output to Notepad and save as text.

Please zip all files in one folder then attach it to your next reply. Thank you.
